• Do you take commissions?

My commissions are currently closed. Come back later this month for any size pet portraits and custom cat, dog , & bunny accessories. I will have listings for all of these if you’re curious on pricing and details. Turnaround time depends on complexity of commission and how booked I am, which I usually update in the description of customs.

• Can you make custom cats with missing eyes/tail/limbs?

Yes! I can make custom cats with: missing eyes, short or no tail, missing limbs, chipped or folded ears, foggy eyes, crossed eyes, hairless cats, & bandanas, bows, or collars.

• I need to change the shipping address on my order. Is this possible?

Yes. Email me with the name on your order and the correct address I should change it to.

• Are the earrings you make heavy?

Nope, not even the larger earrings. Polymer clay is extremely lightweight, most of my earrings weighing as much as a quarter each. Half the time you’ll forget they’re even on your ear!

• USPS lost or delivered my package to the wrong address. What do I do?

Please email me and let me know, and file a claim for a missing package on the USPS website. I am not responsible for this mistake but will help to accommodate because I know how frustrating it is to order something and not receive it. 

• What material is the hardware of your earrings?

Brass.

• What material are your necklace chains?

Metal iron.

• I placed an order for a custom a while ago. Why isn’t it done yet?

I most definitely have a surplus of customs at the moment. Custom orders take me a lot of time as everything is handmade/painted with care and attention to detail. I try to let it be known when turnaround times are longer. I appreciate your patience, and I update each customer via email with a photo of their finished product!

• My tracking number says my package was delivered but I don’t have it! Where is it?

If you live with anyone else, ask them if they took your package in. If you live at an apartment complex or college, there’s a chance it could be at the main door to the building, front office, or mail room. Ask your neighbors if they accidentally took your package. If you still can’t find it & it says it was delivered, you’ll have to get ahold of your local post office to see if it could be there.

• What does “Gone Lucid” even mean?

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve had frequent lucid dreams (when you’re aware you are in a dream and can control your surroundings) that have inspired creativity and creating my own world through art. Gone Lucid just sounded so fitting and catchy to me.
