FAQ’s

Do you take commissions?

My commissions are currently open for any size pet portraits and custom cat & dog accessories. I have listings for all of these if you’re curious on pricing and details. Turnaround time depends on complexity of commission and how booked I am, which I usually update in the description of customs.

I placed an order for a custom a while ago. Why isn’t it done yet?

If this is the case, I most definitely have a surplus of customs at the moment. I spend a lot of time on each clay cat I make to make sure they’re accurate, so getting around to every order will take me a while as I’m just one person making them! I will personally update you and send you a picture of your custom order once I’ve finished it.

Are the earrings you make heavy?

Nope, not even the larger earrings. Polymer clay is extremely lightweight, most of my earrings weighing as much as a quarter each. Half the time you’ll forget they’re even on your ear!

What material is the hardware of your earrings?

The hardware to my earrings (both huggie hoops and clip ons) is made out of brass.

• My order arrived damaged/defected/broken. What do I do?

Contact me immediately and I will either ship out your order again, or offer a refund within 30 days of the package arriving. After 30 days I do not offer any replacements or refunds.

• How does the shipping process work?

I currently ship to the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Italy, UK, India, France, Spain, Austria, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Finland, & Brazil. I will ship out your package 1-6 days after you place it (CUSTOMS EXCLUDED), and you will receive an email containing your tracking number. After being sent off to the post office, most packages arrive at their destination within a week for the US and over a week for other countries.

I am not responsible for packages lost by USPS or International postal services after shipment. If your package is lost, please file a claim via the USPS website.

My tracking number says my package was delivered but I don’t have it! Where is it?

If you live with anyone else, ask them if they took your package in. If you live at an apartment complex or college, there’s a likely chance it could be at the main door to the building, front office, or mail room. Ask your neighbors if they accidentally took your package. If you still can’t find it & it says it was delivered, you’ll have to get ahold of your local post office to see if it could be there.

What does “Gone Lucid” even mean?

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve had frequent lucid dreams (when you’re aware you are in a dream and can control your surroundings) that have inspired creativity and creating my own world through art. Gone Lucid just sounded so fitting and catchy to me.
